The Company announces the allotment of 92,570,530 ordinary shares of 25p each.
These shares, which rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue,
have been allotted following the final exercise of 92,570,530 warrants on 30
September 2004.

Dealings are expected to commence at 8:00am 6 October 2004.
