discloses the following information pursuant to paragraph 16.4 of the Listing
Rules made by the UK Listing Authority. This disclosure is based upon further
information provided by Samuel L Ginn. In addition to those directorships, which
were disclosed in the said announcement, in the previous five years Mr Ginn has
also held directorships in AirTouch Communications, Inc. and in Vodafone Group
Plc.
