The following amendment has been made to the Transaction in Own Shares Announcement released on 22^nd November 2013 at 1659hrs under RNS No 7817T.

It bought for cancellation 100,000 ordinary shares and not 100 ordinary shares. There remain 325,349,892 shares in issue and not 325,449,792.

All other details remain unchanged.
