The Company announces that, on 6^th October 2017, it purchased into Treasury 50,000 Ordinary Shares at GBP7.8550 per share.

Following the transaction, the Company holds 441,521 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The shares in issue, less the total number of Treasury Shares, is 277,477,432. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
