The Company announces that, on 28^th February 2018, it purchased into Treasury 198,600 Ordinary Shares at GBP7.8329 per share.

Following the transaction, the Company holds 4,376,411 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The shares in issue, less the total number of Treasury Shares, is 273,542,542. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
