The Company announces that, on 27^th March 2018, it purchased into Treasury 52,500 Ordinary Shares at GBP7.4329 per share.

Following the transaction, the Company holds 5,903,611 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The shares in issue, less the total number of Treasury Shares, is 272,015,342. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
