The Company announces that, on 25th May 2018, it purchased into Treasury 165,000 Ordinary Shares at GBP7.3628per share.
Following the transaction, the Company holds 9,756,553 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
The shares in issue, less the total number of Treasury Shares, is 268,162,400. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
