The Company announces that, on 23^rd April 2018, it purchased into Treasury 38,800 Ordinary Shares at GBP7.2888 per share.

Following the transaction, the Company holds 7,087,594 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The shares in issue, less the total number of Treasury Shares, is 270,831,359. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
