                               Additional Listing


The Company has today made a block listing application for up to 2,817,720 new
ordinary shares of 10p each, fully paid, pursuant to the potential exercise of
options under the Company's Inland Revenue approved Employee Share Option Scheme
and unapproved Executive Share option Scheme. Any new ordinary shares issued on
exercise of options will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued
ordinary shares.
