Robin Aspinall appointed Company Economist at Teather &
Greenwood Limited

Teather   &   Greenwood   Limited,  a  leading   independent
corporate, institutional and private client stockbroker,  is
pleased  to  announce the appointment of Robin  Aspinall  as
Company Economist.  He joins on 4 December 2000.

Robin  Aspinall, 51, has nearly 30 years' experience  gained
mainly  in  a  number of senior roles at leading  investment
banks.  He joins from National Australia Bank where, for the
past  four years, he was Chief Economist, Europe.  Prior  to
this,   he   was   Chief   Economist  and   Strategist   for
NationsBank/Panmure Gordon; Chief Economist,  Schroders  PLC
and Schroder Securities; and Director of Currency Economics,
Security Pacific Hoare Govett. His earlier career was  spent
in industry and management consultancy.

At  Teather  &  Greenwood, he will develop  a  comprehensive
economic   research  facility  initially  to   support   the
company's bond and fixed interest trading operations.
