Board changes
The Board of Teather & Greenwood Holdings plc is pleased
to announce the appointment of Nicholas Stagg as a Non-
executive Director.
Since 1997, Nicholas Stagg, 40, has been Group Managing
Director of Lambert Smith Hampton plc, one of the United
Kingdom's leading property consultants with over 1,000
staff in 28 offices and a turnover of approximately £50
million. He joined in 1992 as Group Finance Director.
He is also a Non-executive Director of Inventive Leisure
plc.
His earlier career was spent in senior financial
positions within property investment companies B&C
Properties Limited (1989-1992) and London Shop PLC (1986-
1989). Prior to this he worked for Thomson McLintock,
now part of KPMG (1981-1986).
Peter Grice, an Executive Director who has worked with
the company since 1961 and John Reeve, a Non-executive
Director since 1996, retired at the Group's Annual
General Meeting held today. This follows the
announcement of their intention to retire which formed
part of the preliminary announcement of 28 June 2000.
