TEATHER & GREENWOOD HOLDINGS plc
Director's dealing
Jeremy Delmar-Morgan, Chairman of Teather & Greenwood Holdings plc, has today
sold 355,000 ordinary shares at 156.5 pence per share (cum the final dividend
of 1.5 pence per share) to the Teather & Greenwood Holdings plc Employee
Benefit Trust. Following this sale his interest in the share capital of the
Company is 2,795,867 shares, being 10.03 percent of the issued share capital.
As announced in March, following the Group's Annual General Meeting in August,
Mr Delmar-Morgan moves to a non-executive role.
The Teather & Greenwood Holdings plc Employee Benefit Trust was established in
April 2000 to provide rewards and benefits in recognition of the continued
loyalty and performance of Teather and Greenwood employees.
