Nicholas Stagg, Chief Operating Officer of Teather and Greenwood Holdings plc
has today purchased 10,000 ordinary shares at 113p per share. Following this
purchase his interest in the share capital of the Company is 10,000 shares,
representing 0.03 per cent. of the issued share capital.
