Ken Ford, Chief Executive Officer of Teather and Greenwood Holdings plc has
today purchased 10,000 ordinary shares at 95.5p per share. Following this
purchase his interest in the share capital of the Company is 1,884,274 shares,
representing 6.67 per cent. of the issued share capital.
