The Board of Ten Entertainment has been notified by Mark Willis, Chief Financial Officer, of his decision to resign from the Company to join Pendragon PLC, the FTSE 350 company.
Mark will be serving his notice period of 6 months to enable an orderly hand over, and the Company is well placed with a very strong and experienced finance team. He will step down from the Board and leave the Company on 18 April 2019. A search for a high-quality successor will now begin.
