The Company has today been notified that on 5^th April 2013 Douglas Benjafield, Non-Executive Director, sold 53,483 ordinary shares of 1 pence each of the Company at a price of 5.85 pence per ordinary share.

Following this sale, Mr Benjafield is interested in 77,000 ordinary shares of the Company, representing approximately 0.04 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
