                           Exercise of share options

TEG Environmental Plc ('TEG' or 'the Company'), announces that it has applied
for 160,000 shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. These shares were issued
pursuant to the exercise of share options. Following the issue of these shares
TEG will have 38,045,381 shares in issue.

Admission to trading on AIM is expected to occur on 11 December 2006.
