Teather & Greenwood has recently received a number of informal and unsolicited
approaches in relation to its asset management business, Teather & Greenwood
Investment Management ('TGIM').  Following press speculation further approaches
have been made.

The Board has sought independent financial advice, and Hawkpoint Partners
Limited has been appointed to advise the company.  A further announcement will
be made as and when there are any further material developments.
