Trading update, Board changes, appointment of Stockbroker
and announcement of intention to move to the Official
List of the London Stock Exchange
Trading update
The Board of Teather & Greenwood Holdings plc is pleased
to announce that trading across all areas of its
subsidiary Teather & Greenwood Limited in the ten months
to 29 February 2000, has been ahead of the Board's
expectations. In the absence of unforeseen
circumstances, the Board anticipates that the final two
months of the financial year will also show a strong
performance. Consequently, the Board believe that the
final outcome for the year ending 30 April 2000 will be
significantly ahead of current market expectations.
Board changes
With effect from 1 May 2000, Derek Boothman, currently
Non-executive Chairman, becomes Non-executive Deputy
Chairman. He remains Chairman of the Audit and Risk
Management Committees. He is succeeded as Executive
Chairman by Jeremy Delmar-Morgan, currently Chief
Executive. Ken Ford, Managing Director, becomes Chief
Executive.
Appointment of Stockbroker and announcement of intention
to move to the Official List of the London Stock Exchange
The Board announces the appointment, with immediate
effect, of Charterhouse Securities as Teather & Greenwood
Holdings plc's stockbroker.
The Board also announces its intention to move to the
Official List of the London Stock Exchange, to become
effective at the time of the Group's announcement of
preliminary results, which will is expected to be in
July.

'Teather & Greenwood continues to make excellent
progress, with all parts of the business showing strong
growth. The board changes announced today, along with
the appointment of Charterhouse and our intention to move
to the Official List, are further logical steps as we
continue on this growth path. Further announcements
concerning our continued progress will be issued in due
course'.
