Board Changes

Ten Lifestyle Group plc (AIM: TENG), the platform driving customer loyalty for global financial institutions and other premium brands, today announces that Bruce Weatherill will be stepping down as Chair of the Board in the autumn, after six years, due to ill health.

After due consideration, the Board has decided that Jules Pancholi, Non-Executive Director, will succeed Bruce Weatherill as Chair at that time.

Jules Pancholi is currently a Non-Executive Director of the Company and brings extensive experience in driving value creation through growth, technology and product-market fit. His prior experience includes being a non-executive director of Skyscanner and Chair of Oritain, along with other executive and non-executive positions.

Due to the above, Ten also announces the following changes to the Board's committees: Jules Pancholi will be appointed to the Audit & Risk Committee; and Gillian Davies, Non-Executive Director, will be appointed to the Nomination Committee, both with immediate effect.

The Board has commenced a process to identify and appoint a new Non-Executive Director.
