Reminder of AGM and amendment to Annual Report
Ten Lifestyle Group plc (AIM: TENG), the platform driving customer loyalty for global financial institutions and other premium brands, is holding its annual general meeting ("AGM") at the Company's offices at 2nd Floor, Fitzroy House, 355 Euston Road, London NW1 3AL on Tuesday 7 February 2023 at 11.00 a.m.
The AGM will be held as a physical meeting to permit the attendance of shareholders and their proxies. However, shareholders are encouraged to carefully consider whether travelling to and attending the General Meeting is necessary and instead shareholders are urged to cast their votes by proxy. The Company will arrange for the minimum attendance required to form a quorum, to conduct the necessary business at the AGM.
Shareholders wishing to vote on any of the matters of business are strongly urged to do so by appointing the Chairman as their proxy, details of which are set out in the Notice of AGM. A copy of this is available on the Company's website: https://tenlifestylegroup.com/investors/resources/ .
The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 August 2022 has been amended at page 48, correcting the attendance of Directors to Board meetings during the year; Alex Cheatle, CEO attended all Board meetings and Andrew Long, COO attended four Board meetings.
