Result of General Meeting, Issue of Equity & TVR

 

Ten Lifestyle Group plc (AIM: TENG), the global concierge platform driving customer loyalty for global financial institutions and other premium brands, is pleased to confirm that, at the General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

 

Issue of Equity & Total Voting Rights

 

Application has been made for 9,332,853 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the new Ordinary Shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 17th October 2024.

 

Following Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company in issue will be 95,898,336. There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury and therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is expected to be 95,898,336. The above figure may be used by Shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
