Tenaris Completes Sale of Hydril Pressure Contr...

LUXEMBOURG -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 04/01/08 --  Tenaris S.A. (NYSE: TS)
(BAE: TS) (MXSE: TS) (MILAN: TEN) announced today that it has
completed the previously announced sale to General Electric Company
(GE) of its Hydril pressure control business for a total
consideration of US$1,115 million.
