                      Pending Appointment of Administrators

Further  to  the announcement made on 12 October 2009, a Notice of Intention  to
appoint  Administrators has been filed at Court with a view to  appointing  T  J
Binyon  and  S J Parker of Tenon Recovery as Administrators under the Insolvency
Act 1986.

A  further  announcement will be made when possible regarding the Administrators
proposals to restructure the Company.
