As part of the acquisition terms of Amirose International, it was always
intended Jack Gordon would step down from the Board once the integration of the
two businesses had been successfully completed. The Board believes this process
is now complete, and as a consequence Jack is stepping down as Director to focus
on operational matters.

Chief Executive Stirling Murray said today:-

"We have greatly appreciated Jack's contribution to the Company at Board level
as we have set out to maximise the opportunities that Amirose brought to the
business. His dedication to the integration of the two businesses has been
invaluable and his contribution at management level remains as he continues to
be directly involved in growing the combined business."
