Exercise of Warrants and Issue of Equity

The Core Business plc (the 'Company') today announces the issue of 127,277 new
ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company pursuant to an exercise of warrants.
Following the allotment of the 127,277 new ordinary shares, the Company will
have 203,482,454 ordinary shares in issue.
Following the exercise of warrants and issue of the new ordinary shares, the
Company also has 86,872,723 Warrants to subscribe for Ordinary Shares at a price
of 1p per share and 6,500,000 Warrants to subscribe for Ordinary Shares at a
price of 6p per share in issue. These Warrants carry no voting rights and only
the 86,872,723 Warrants to subscribe for Ordinary Shares at a price of 1p per
share are admitted to trading on AIM.
Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading
on AIM on 18 February 2008.
