The Company was yesterday informed that on 26 July 2007, Griffin Two Limited purchased 30,000,000 shares in The Core
Business plc.  Based on the shares in issue at that time, this gave Griffin Two Limited a 16.49% interest in the issued
share capital.

Subsequently, the Company was also informed yesterday that on 30 July 2007, Griffin Two Limited sold 15,000,000 shares
in The Core Business plc, following which, Griffin Two Limited has an 8.24% interest in the issued share capital.
