The Core Business (AIM:CORE) was informed yesterday that on 15 July
2009, Addworth Plc sold 500,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in
the issued share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and that
on 17 July 2009 it sold a further 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares. Both
transactions were at a value of 0.25p per Ordinary Share. Adworth
Plc has therefore reduced its stake in Core from 13,648,380 Ordinary
Shares (representing approximately 5.38 per cent. of the Company's
issued share capital) down to 12,148,380 Ordinary Shares which
represents approximately 4.79 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.
