Resignation of Broker

Following the announcement dated 8 December 2010 in respect of the termination with immediate effect of its appointment as broker to the Company by Religare Capital Markets plc ("Religare"), the Company wishes to clarify the position.

The Company announces that Religare's termination of its appointment as broker with immediate effect was made in error and such termination has been withdrawn by Religare. Religare has given the company notice of its intention to cease acting as broker with effect from 24 March 2011.
