Result of AGM

Chalkwell, the AIM-quoted investment company with a focus on the resource sector, is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed to shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held in London on 29 November 2010 were duly passed. 

The Company is also pleased to announce that following shareholder approval John Roddison has been appointed as director of the Company.

Please refer to the Company announcement dated 1 November 2010 for full disclosure in relation to Mr. Roddison under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

In accordance with paragraph (g) of Schedule Two to the AIM Rules for Companies, the Company confirms that there are no further matters to be disclosed in respect of John Roddison's appointment.
