Completion of CVA

The directors of Tern Plc ("Tern" or "the Company"), the AIM quoted investment company specialising in the cloud and mobile sector of the IT market, are pleased to announce that the Company Voluntary Arrangement (CVA) has been concluded successfully. This is the end of the reorganisation started in August 2013.

Tern has already made one investment into Flexiant Limited and is reviewing several other fast growing businesses operating in the cloud and mobile sectors with the expectation of making further investments in the near future.
