Tern Plc (AIM:TERN), the investment company specialising in the cloud and mobile sectors, announces that it was advised on 23 February 2015 that Michael Clark's SIPP transferred 500,000 Tern Ordinary Shares of 0.02p each to his wife's ISA. The following is a summary of the transactions and shareholdings.
