Following  the  issue  and allotment of 127,277 Ordinary  0.5p  Shares   in  the
Company, as announced on 13 February 2008, and in accordance with the  Financial
Services  Authority's  Disclosure and  Transparency Rules,  the  Company  hereby
announces  that it has 203,482,454 Ordinary Shares of 0.5p each in  issue,  each
share  carrying  the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any shares  in
Treasury.

The  Company also has 86,872,723 Warrants to subscribe for Ordinary Shares at  a
price of 1p per share and 6,500,000 Warrants to subscribe for Ordinary Shares at
a price of 6p per share in issue. These Warrants carry no voting rights and only
the  86,872,723 Warrants to subscribe for Ordinary Shares at a price of  1p  per
shares are admitted to trading on AIM.

The  above figure of 203,482,454 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders  in
the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine
if  they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest
in,  the  share capital of the Company  under the Financial Services Authority's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
