Trading Update

The Core Business Plc (LSE: CORE), the AIM-listed beauty and personal care distribution and branding company is pleased
to announce the following developments to its business:

·  The Company has reached agreement with Cosnova GMBH to act as its partner in securing the launch in the UK of its
"essence" colour cosmetics brand. "essence" is the number one volume brand in Germany. The fee structure agreed is a mix
of success based and retained fees and is the third project that the Company has worked on with Cosnova GMBH.

·  After a successful international introduction at Cosmoprof, Europe's largest beauty and personal care trade
exhibition, the Company is putting in place an export strategy that will see Grace Your Face, a wholly owned skincare
brand, launched in a number of overseas markets in the second half of the year.

·  Amirose International Limited, the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, has launched its retail consumer website with
more than 100 products offered for sale - with more to be sourced and added. A PR campaign designed to highlight the
existence and location of the website is underway.


Stirling Murray, Chief Executive of The Core Business said: "We are delighted both with the launch of the Amirose
website which we believe will be a key driver of our growth in the next 12 to 18 months and the very positive reaction
to our Grace Your Face brand which will be launched in over 700 Superdrug stores in the next few months,"
