                               ('the Company')

Application has today been made for the admission of an additional 612,500
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company to trading on the Alternative
Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange. These shares have been issued
as a result of the exercise of existing warrants to subscribe for 562,500
ordinary shares and 50,000 ordinary shares at an exercise price of 10p and 8p,
respectively, per ordinary share in the Company.

The new shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary
shares of the Company. Dealings are expected to commence on 23 November 2001.
