The directors of the Company note the recent rise in the price of the Company's
Ordinary Shares and confirm that they are not aware of any reason for such rise
that has not already been announced.
The board reports that negotiations with the Company's Saudi partners are
progressing satisfactorily and they continue to expect that the full joint
venture agreement with the Saudi partners will to be signed by the end of the
current quarter as indicated in the announcement made at the time of the
Company's AGM on 31 January 2006.
