Exchange and the Irish Stock Exchange for the listing of 16,567,607 Ordinary
Shares of 5p each, ranking pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares, to the
Official List.

These shares have been issued pursuant to the Company's Scrip Dividend Scheme.
