Additional listing and Scrip Dividend Circular.

Application has been made to the FSA UK Listing Authority, the London Stock
Exchange and the Irish Stock Exchange for the listing of 6,885,797 Ordinary
Shares of 5p each, ranking pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares, to the
Official List.

These shares have been issued pursuant to the Company's Scrip Dividend Scheme.

Copies of the above document have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and
will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document
