On 20 July 2010, the Directors below received Ordinary shares of 5p each in Tesco PLC released at the end of the three-year holding period from the Tesco Long Term Incentive Plan, the Tesco Executive Incentive Plan and the Tesco Performance Share Plan. The share price on release was 394.025p per share. The Company retained a proportion of the gross number of shares to cover the income tax and national insurance liability of the Directors.
