The Company has been notified today that on 19 April 2012, Mr M McNamara, a PDMR, transferred 39,164 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company for nil consideration to his wife, Mrs M McNamara, and he will therefore retain an interest in these shares.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
