PDMR SHAREHOLDING

On 23 February 2012, the following PDMR exercised options over Ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company under the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme and sold sufficient shares to cover the cost of exercise and the tax due on exercise.  This option would have lapsed on 15 April 2012 if not exercised before that date.  The net shares acquired have been retained.
