Tesco PLC Share Incentive Plan (The "Plan")

1.  On 27 November 2020, the Trustees of the Plan purchased Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company under the Plan's Partnership Share Scheme on behalf of the PDMRs as set out below:
