Tesco PLC (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's Ordinary shares of 6⅓ pence each undertaken by Directors / Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR").

1.  Tesco PLC Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan")

On 2 July 2021, the Trustees of the Plan purchased Ordinary shares of 6⅓ pence each in the Company under the Plan's Dividend Re-Investment scheme on behalf of the PDMRs as set out below:
