Tesco PLC (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's Ordinary shares of 6 ¹ /₃  pence each undertaken by Directors / Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR").

Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP")
