TESCO PLC - Director / PDMR Shareholding

On 16 February 2007 the Directors below received ordinary shares of 5p each in
the Company, released from the Tesco Executive Incentive Scheme and Tesco
Executive Incentive Plan at a value of 444.0 pence per share. The Company
retained a proportion of the gross number of shares to cover the income tax and
social security liability of the Directors.
