Employee Share Incentive Plan purchased 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence
each in the Company at an average price of 310.24 pence per share.

The directors listed below together with 150,000 other employees are potential
participants in the Plan and are to be treated as interested in shares held by
the Trust.
