Tesco PLC - Directorate Change

Further to the announcement made on 28 June 2012, Fabiola Arredondo will no longer be joining the Board of Tesco PLC in February 2013.  A change in her personal circumstances has arisen which we wholly understand would make the travel and other demands of joining another London-based international Board impractical.  We are sorry that Fabiola will not be able to join the Board and wish her well.
