DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST IN SHARES

The Company has been informed by a letter dated 30 September 2002 that as at the
close of business on 27 September 2002, the interests of Cater Allen
International Limited in the ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company increased
to above 3%.

The Company has also been informed by the same letter dated 30 September 2002
that as at the close of business on 30 September 2002 Cater Allen International
Limited no longer have a notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of 5p each
of the Company.
