Publication of Final Terms
The following Final Terms are available for viewing:
* Final Terms dated 15 September 2008 (the 'Final Terms') relating to the issue by Tesco PLC of €35,000,000 Floating Rate Notes due 2009 (the '2009 Notes') pursuant to its £10,000,000,000 Euro Note Programme (the 'Programme'); and
The Final Terms contain the final terms of the 2009 Notes and must be read in conjunction with the Offering Circular dated 23 January 2008 relating to the Programme, as supplemented by a Supplement dated 26 August 2008 (together, the 'Offering Circular'). The Offering Circular constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Article 5.4 of Directive 2003/71/EC. Full information on Tesco PLC and the offer of the 2009 Notes is only available on the basis of the combination of the Offering Circular and the Final Terms.
