Publication of Final Terms 

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

1. The Final Terms dated 13 October 2008 (the '2023 Notes Final Terms') relating to the issue by Tesco PLC of £100,000,000 5.00 per cent. Notes due 2023 (the '2023 Notes') to be consolidated and form a single series with the £350,000,000 5.00 per cent. Notes due 2023 issued on 24 March 2006 and the £65,000,000 5.00 per cent. Notes due 2023 issued on 18 October 2007 pursuant to its £10,000,000,000 Euro Note Programme (the 'Programme').   

2. The Final Terms dated 5 October 2008 (the '2009 Notes Final Terms') relating to the issue by Tesco PLC of JPY 2,000,000,000 0.40 per cent. Notes due 2009 (the '2009 Notes') pursuant to the Programme.

3. The Final Terms dated 26 September 2008 (the '2011 Notes Final Terms') relating to the issue by Tesco PLC of CHF 250,000,000 3.75 per cent. Notes due 2011 (the '2011 Notes') pursuant to the Programme.

The 2023 Notes Final Terms contain the final terms of the 2023 Notes, the 2009 Notes Final Terms contain the final terms of the 2009 Notes and the 2011 Final Terms contain the final terms of the 2011 Notes and, in each case, must be read in conjunction with the Offering Circular dated 23 January 2008 relating to the Programme, as supplemented by the Supplement dated 26 August 2008 and, in the case of the 2023 Notes, as further supplemented by the Supplement dated 10 October 2008 (together, the 'Offering Circular').  

The Offering Circular constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Article 5.4 of Directive 2003/71/EC. Full information on Tesco PLC and the offer of the 2023 Notes, the 2009 Notes and the 2011 Notes is only available on the basis of the combination of the Offering Circular and the 2023 Notes Final Terms, the 2009 Notes Final Terms and the 2011 Notes Final Terms respectively.
